Landline number – great this shows solidity, you’ve had a check run on you by a company like BT and they have deemed you fit to have an account, so it inspires confidence to do business with you. But don’t let yourself down by using your personal home line as your business line which is then answered by your kids, as great as your kids maybe it’s not really what your customers want and it makes you look disorganised.
Mobile number – useful but does not inspire confidence, it brings to mind the term “fly by night” you maybe nothing of the sort but it puts doubt in people’s minds and so they are unlikely to call and if they do, will they take you seriously, they still shop around for the service.
Have you ever thought about this? Our customers have and they have found that by having a separate business line it gives them the option to divert to us when they are out at meetings, spending time with the family, getting on with work uninterrupted etc. It allows them to use our business support service to help them grow their businesses and provides them with freedom to know that they can move around and still have their calls answered. Many of our clients have started their businesses working on their own from home but together with our support and as they have won more business they have added staff and moved into offices, but have still continued to use our service because of the cost effectiveness and flexibility it provides. They say where can they get people to answer their calls when they want and from the cost of £35 per month – to them it’s a no brainer.
We offer a free no obligation trial of our service for one week. So what do you have to lose? For more information please call Jet on 0800 077 6131
