Any Hidden Extras?

No. All of the above is included in the prices listed above. This is the beauty of a fixed rate per call – So there’s no extra costs and at the end of the month, you’ll see that the number of charged calls ties up precisely with the number of messages you’ve received!

* If taking large amounts of data from callers, (i.e. credit-card payments at time of booking, promo codes, marketing/referral information, or additional back-end support on each call (i.e. sending out email confirmation to patients (non-automated) a per-minute or bespoke call plan may be required. Please call so we can discuss your needs and create a tailor-make a solution so the cost/duration is viable for both parties.
