We have just done a survey with our customers and here is some of what they say about our service.

I don’t worry at all if I see a call go by or miss one. I know it will be handled professionally and if the matter is urgent I will get a text. More importantly, you have enabled me to maintain a good presence in the UK whilst I have travelled extensively. I was out of the country for 10 weeks in 2011 and at no point did I worry that people thought I had closed up shop, etc. (IT support)

It means that I can go on holiday knowing my calls are in safe hands. (Recruitment company)

It is a relief not to have the constant bombardment of telephone calls when one is trying to concentrate on other things such as drafting and preparation. We live in an instant access society, but I cannot respond and concentrate at the same time. (Solicitors)
