Aesthetic and Dental clinics based in Manchester and London offer a variety of treatments from laser teeth whitening, Aesthetic treatments such as Botox and Fillers, Holistic therapies, laser hair removal and minor surgery.
Small in house team, had scheduled a very aggressive online media campaign with Groupon and Wowcher. They wanted to capture leads and increase sales by generating customers for their clinics, but insufficient resources to deal with the planned new enquiries and bookings. They approached several telephone answering companies to work with but they could not find one that could provide them a bespoke solution. The company were referred to telephone-answering.biz by Jelly. We had a long meeting with the director of what their expectations were and what they required from us. They needed a company that could answer the calls and advise the caller on the availability of appointments and treatments and book the customer into their Jelly diary as well as redeem the Groupon/Wowcher coupons.
Telephone-answering.biz created a bespoke solution for the company where we redeem the coupons using the Groupon and Wowcher systems and book the customer into the appropriate clinic using the companies Jelly diary system. We not only booked the customers for the company but quickly realised that a lot of callers had not yet purchased the Groupon or Wowcher deals but wanted to know more before they purchased. We were with the permission of the director able offer a price match for payment by credit card. This meant that the client is receiving 100% of the sale and no commission is paid to either company. To the directors surprise the profits and sales increased beyond their expectations.
Where are they now?
Grown to be a major brand in the Manchester and London are and have gained significant market share. They are now looking to expand the business. Their revenue and profit has increased as well as the level of customer service.
